without a doubt the best realtor that I have ever worked with, and I still consider her as a friend. I was
disappointed to hear that she was moving to Austin. (Though I am happy for her and her family.)
My husband had recently expired, and Janice was such a blessing at a most difficult time in my life.
was faced with selling our home, making major repairs, and relocating to another home. Reflecting back
to that time, I don't know how I could have managed without Janice's help. Though I had to move out
of town before the home sold, Janice continued to help with routine maintenance, housekeeping issues,
etc. until the home was sold. I have never seen a realtor who was so conscientious and hard working.
Janice maintained the highest standards of professionalism and gave exemplary service - going far
above and beyond in her duty as a realtor. She thoughtfully, compassionately, and carefully guided me
through the process. In addition, she arranged for all the necessary repairs to be done at a very
reasonable rate, had suggestions for staging the home to maximize the value, and sold it at a fair price
(much more quickly than I had thought).
Not only is Janice a role model for all realtors, her compassion and heart for others, and her passion for
helping others sell their home or buy another home is very evident and shines through. She gave me
very individualized service, and I am grateful for all her hard work and compassion.
